(I’m running errands for my pregnant wife. While walking to a nearby store, I see two teenagers harassing a child that is only four or five years old. I shoo them away from the boy, and he introduces himself.)

Me: “So, where’s your mom at?”

Boy: “She’s in the store. Do you have kids?”

Me: “Not yet. We’re expecting a baby girl soon, though.”

Boy: “Well, she’s going to turn out nice, like you! So, I’m going to marry her someday!”

(I laugh, and play along while I bring him to the service desk, and wait until his mom picks him up. Six years later, my daughter comes home from school and introduces us to a friend that defended her against a bully on the playground. I didn’t recognize him, but he certainly knew who I was!)

Dude, yes!!! With the realignment the Flyers should be playing in Columbus at least twice next season and I will be at both games for sure!! We definitely should meet up…I really kind of need next season’s schedule to be out like yesterday, I am so not good at waiting!!

Oh okay, that's cool. It's such a freaking good show. I got really obsessed with it in the second season, in my opinion that was the best Top 20 ever, but season 3 was pretty good. My all-time fave is Allison Holker, but that whole top 10 and 4 was amazing that season. I tend to favor contemporary dancers, haha. But omg if I made you a list of all my faves every year it would cut off the anon character limit, ha. Are you excited for this season?

oh shit, how could I forget Allison…I am in love with her and tWitch and them being engaged and ahhhhhh!! I’ve heard from a lot of people that Season 2 was the best season and I think a lot of the magic gets lost in translation watching clips on youtube…I wish I could have watched it live!! Contempo is probably my favorite but I love Tap and Jazz (oh and there was that amazing Fosse number from *I think* SYTYCD Australia) and I am in love with everything Chris Scott chooses to be!! I am so excited for this season…

I took a class that Billy Bell taught once! He was such a sweetheart!

I didn’t start watching until Season 5 (I think…when Janine won) but I’ve watched every season since and I’ve tried to watch as much of the first 4 seasons as I can on youtube!!
